At Floras Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase or receipt.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping Charges:
A standard delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies on orders across Pakistan.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and personal care standards, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items and promotional products are also non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer where applicable.
