Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product should not be damaged or tampered with.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges across Pakistan: Rs. 200
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal care safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items and promotional products are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange an exchange after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.
